Welcome to Luxury Chauffeurs Dubai (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website luxurychauffeursdubai.ae and our chauffeur-driven transportation services across Dubai, UAE, and international destinations. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

• Luxury Chauffeurs Dubai is a professional chauffeur and luxury transport service provider based in Dubai.

• By accessing our website or booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings must be made through our website, official WhatsApp, or customer support team.

• You must provide accurate details (name, contact information, pick-up and drop-off location, date, time, etc.).

• Bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit (if required) is received.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices vary depending on the type of vehicle, route, time, and duration of service.

• Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or approved payment gateways.

• All payments are subject to UAE VAT (if applicable).

• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra hours, tolls, or special requests.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customer Cancellation:

  • 48 – 24 hours before: 50 percent charge.

  • 24 hours before: 100% charge.

  • 48 hours before 20% charge

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to appear at the scheduled pick-up time and location, no refund will be issued.

• Company Cancellation: If Luxury Chauffeurs Dubai cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

• And refund amount will credit to coustumer account in 30 days from cancellation date

5. Service Usage

• Vehicles are chauffeur-driven only; self-driving is not permitted.

• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Luxury Chauffeurs Dubai is not liable for lost items.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle due to customer negligence will be charged to the customer.

6. Airport Transfers

• Customers must provide accurate flight details.

• Free waiting time: 60 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights.

• Additional waiting time will be charged per company policy.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• Luxury Chauffeurs Dubai strives to provide timely and safe services but is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or unforeseen events.

• We are not responsible for missed flights, meetings, or events caused by circumstances beyond our control.

• Maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the booking.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Treat chauffeurs with respect and follow UAE road safety laws.

• Seat belts must be worn at all times.

• Ensure that children are secured in child seats (available upon request).

9. Amendments

• Luxury Chauffeurs Dubai reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised date.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
