The base transfer price is fixed and confirmed before departure. Border crossing delays within the normal range (up to 60 – 90 minutes) are included. For unusually long delays caused by high volumes on peak days — Eid, public holidays, and long weekends — a border delay supplement may apply. This is explained in the quotation before the booking is confirmed. Your chauffeur does not create additional charges unilaterally after the journey.

Yes. One comfort stop is included near the Hatta area — a fuel station and service area with food and bathroom facilities, located before the border. Additional stops in Oman — for meals, sightseeing, or intermediate destinations — can be arranged as extras and are confirmed at booking with any cost adjustment applied to the quotation. Yes. Return transfers from Muscat to Dubai are available and can be booked together with the outbound journey or separately. Booking both directions together simplifies coordination and ensures the same vehicle standard on the return. For very early departures (before 5:00 AM), Dubai roads are clear and the border is typically uncrowded — making pre-dawn departures one of the most efficient windows for this route.
